The Higher Calling is a mission-based lifestyle brand committed to breaking the drug race and neighborhood stigmas around cannabis. We believe in using fashion and community outreach to create meaningful change, fostering conversations that educate and inspire a new outlook on cannabis consumption and its users. Our ultimate goal is to unite people from all walks of life—across all races, creeds, and religions—under a shared vision of understanding, acceptance, and advocacy.
Our Story
Founded by long-time cannabis advocate and local musician Mike Golden, The Higher Calling was born from a deep connection to the cannabis community and a desire to shift the narrative around its use. What began as a creative outlet to design motivational clothing for spiritual cultivators has evolved organically into a platform for advocacy, public speaking, and lobbying for cannabis policy reform. We’re more than just a clothing brand—we’re a movement.
